Fitting a White Bodied Doll.....

OK so I know there are plenty of us that have the white bodied dolls.

I have Samantha and her winter party dress is "tweaky" on her. It fit's a little snug around her middle/hips. It also has a lower neck line that doesn't work with a white body as well.

I have tried the new spring dress on her and it fit's just fine. Are there other dresses that fit her well or don't?

Do other white bodied dolls have this same fit or cut problems?

thanks for the scoop on the spring dress! Glad to hear it fits. The lawn party dress is a little tight and ill fitting. The Talent Show and tea dresses fit just fine and look very nice. The winter party dress looks nice if you pull it up over the hips the way it is suppossed to go and the blouse out the front.

All of my white bodied girls are chubbier and only the older clothes fit well. I have smooshed them into other stuff with marginal effect but am going to buy some of lissie's stays to help them fit into their clothing better.

Dolly girdles anyone???

The biggest area of problem for my doll is her hips. The stance of my white bodied doll is wider.

I only have Sam's winter party dress, and it was kinda funny looking on her, but i guess i had it on her right. I pulled the band or sash part up to right above her hips.
